Missouri Hog Tags are personalized plates and may contain from one to six characters or from one to five characters plus a dash, hyphen, or apostrophe. Missouri Hog Tag Collegiate plates are available only for registered Missouri vehicles.

You do this...
- Print and mail your completed Missouri Hog Tag application and make a tax-deductible donation of $25 to "UA Foundation" by sending a check to: Arkansas Alumni Association c/o Missouri Hog Tag, P.O. Box 1070, Fayetteville, AR 72702. Also, please include a completed and signed Application for Missouri Personalized and Special License Plates (DOR-1716) and a $15 check (if purchasing more than one Hog Tag, please include a separate $15 check for each application) made out to the Missouri Department of Revenue. Once we process your application, we will mail it to the Missouri Department of Revenue for you.
The Missouri Department of Revenue will mail you a letter notifying you when your plate is ready for pick up at your local license office.
Note: If you are registering your car on a biennial basis, please indicate so on the application. You should double your donation ($50) on the application in order to cover both years of your vehicle registration.
Just so you know...
Missouri Hog Tags expire in July each year, but you can order a Missouri Hog Tag at anytime - regardless of your current license plate expiration date. Yearly renewal requires a $25 donation to the Arkansas Alumni Association Scholarship Program. When renewing, remember to take your current Emblem Use Authorization Statement (EUAS) with you along with any other forms/fees required by the Department of Revenue. If you renew on a biennial basis, please be sure to pay a "double-donation" of $50 so that you can renew your license for two years (if eligible).
For renewing an already existing Missouri Hog Tag, please send a check for $25 made out to UA Foundation and send to Arkansas Alumni Association, P.O. Box 1070, Fayetteville, AR 72702. The Arkansas Alumni Association will then mail an Emblem Use Authorization Form to you to take to your local Missouri Department of Revenue Office. If you are renewing your existing Missouri Hog Tag then please make the check out for $50.
