The Arkansas Alumni Association's National Board of Directors oversees the programs and policies that carry out the Association's mission -- to connect and serve the University of Arkansas family.

Board members are selected by the Awards/Nominating committee in accordance with the constitution and by-laws of the Association. This selection is ratified by the Association's members. In order to ensure diversity and reflect the membership, many factors, including graduating class, degree, race, ethnicity, gender, geographic location, occupation, and UA/Arkansas Alumni involvement, are considered in the selection of these board members.
