Scholarships are available to current University of Arkansas students who meet specific criteria. Alumni Scholarships for current students are one-year scholarships and vary in amounts.
Membership Funded Scholarships
Membership Scholarships are funded by all Arkansas Alumni Association members. Each membership sold generates $5 for these awards.
David and Pam Hallin Scholarship
The David and Pam Hallin Scholarship is funded by an endowment established by Mr. and Mrs. David Hallin. This one year scholarship is awarded to a University of Arkansas junior or senior whose academic career would be interrupted due to lack of funds.
Peggy Walker Scholarship
The Peggy Walker Scholarship is funded by an endowment which was established to honor Mrs. Walker upon her retirement from the Arkansas Alumni Association. Mrs. Walker was a long-time employee of the Arkansas Alumni Association and was dedicated to its mission.
Student Alumni Association Scholarship
The Student Alumni Association Scholarship is funded by a portion of the membership dues for the Student Alumni Association. The one-year scholarship in the amount of $500 is only awarded to current members who qualify.
Tommy and Sylvia Boyer Endowed Scholarship
The Tommy and Sylvia Boyer Scholarship is funded by an endowment established by Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Boyer. This one year scholarship is awarded to a University of Arkansas junior or senior whose academic career would be interrupted due to lack of funds.
Blume Award for Non-Traditional Students
The Blume Award for Non-Traditional Students is funded by an endowment established by Robert and Deborah Blume. The book stipend will be awarded each Fall and Spring semester to a non-traditional student returning to college after a lapse of time from high school.
